Weekly Meal Prep Ideas

Looking for an easy and sustainable way to plan your weekly meals? Tired of taking hours to menu plan only just to hate what you made two days later? What about those wasted groceries and hours you spent cooking?

I know, it can be awful. But it really doesn't have to be.

I spent 7 years owning and operating a meal prep company in downtown Vancouver, B.C. My role was to both recipe develop and cook the meal prep meals. This means I had to create recipes that tasted delicious and fresh for up to 5 days. It also meant it had to fit a wide variety of taste buds. And after 7 successful years, I learned a lot.

Today I don't run a brick and mortar meal prep company any more, but I did find a way to continue helping people (way more people) do their own weekly meal prep. I love the meal prep, meal planning, and nutrition space and I really wanted to find a way to teach people how to do it for themselves. Because honestly there is way more value in that.

So I built a meal planning service where I still do the boring part and the community gets the fun part. I spend each week recipe developing and testing meals and sauces, then when I get them right I take photos (so you have visuals), I type them up (so you have easy instructions) and then lastly I put together a grocery list for you so you can take that straight to your local grocer (and hopefully many items from your own pantry!).

I send them out the community members every single Friday morning. This way you can check the recipes and pick your favourites (maybe while you're killing time on the clock) then take one hour on Saturday to grab the groceries you need (following the list), then come Sunday you can stay in your cozies for an extra hour or so and follow the simple instructions. Then you're back on you time, but your week ahead is absolutely sorted with delicious, protein rich meals.
