Nutella Protein Yogurt Bowl

Nutella Protein Yogurt Bowl

The fast and tasty meal prep I make every single week to hit my breakfast protein goals! Find flavours like blueberry cheesecake and raspberry cheesecake on the blog too!

This 20 minute, one bowl recipe is absolutely perfect if you have a morning sweet tooth. Long gone are the quick carb loaded pastries, it's time to honour your cravings with a sweet start that packs 30g of protein. This will keep your blood sugar balanced, your energy high, and your mood stable.

Before we jump straight to the recipe - I get asked *a lot* where my glass meal prep containers are from. Which I get because I too adore them. The ones I bought come in a pack of 10. Five large and five small (pictured). I use them every single week. These are from Amazon, I've linked them in my storefront here for you. Keep in mind my storefront is Canadian but it should adjust the link to your country.

These are the products I've used and the ones I use the most. Nuzest protein is in my daily diet. The Maision Riviera yogurt I use every single week, multiple times and the Italian hazelnut butter is my latest obsession.

Ingredients

650g plain vegan yogurt

8 scoops Nuzest Rich Chocolate Protein (4 servings)

1/4 cup hazelnut butter

1/3 cup vegan chocolate

3 tbsp coconut milk, canned

12 hazelnuts for garnish, optional

Recipe

To a mixing bowl add: yogurt, protein powder, and hazelnut butter. Whip together until super smooth.

Divide the mixture across four meal prep containers. Set aside.

Add the chocolate and coconut milk to a bowl and melt on low heat until a smooth ganache forms. You can do this in the microwave or over a double broiler.

Once you have a ganache pour it over the four yogurt bowls.

Using a spoon or by tipping each container from side to side, spread the ganache across the tops of each.

Top with hazelnuts and a pinch of coarse salt if desired.

Seal the containers and set in the fridge until ready to eat.

Yogurt bowls will last up to 4 days in the fridge.

Enjoy!
