VG & GF Protein Pancakes


Recipe from the "High Protein Vegan Breakfast Ebook."

These pancakes are a great staple recipe to have in your collection. Just throw everything into a blender, blend until smooth and pan fry until golden. Switch it up and use chocolate protein and a touch of cocoa for a rich chocolate pancake.


Recipe makes two servings

Macros per serving (no peanut butter drizzle):

307 cals - 7g fat - 38g carbs - 23g protein


Peanut butter drizzle:

2.5 tbsp peanut butter powder + 2 tbsp water = 7g protein & 60 cals.



1 banana

¾ cup sprouted oats

25g vanilla protein

1 ¼ cup soy milk

½ tsp baking powder



Add all the ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth.

Preheat a non stick pan to medium low heat.

Use a ¼ cup measurement to add the batter to the pan.

Once pancake starts to bubble, 2-3 minutes, flip and cook another minute.

Repeat until batter is finished.

Top with peanut butter, maple syrup, and/or berries!
