I started my first business in 2016, running a brick-and-mortar meal prep company where I created high-protein, well-balanced meals for thousands of customers.

For 7 years, meal prep was my full-time world.

I was designing menus, testing recipes, scaling portions, balancing macros, and making sure every dish was nutritious, satisfying, and crave-worthy.
