| PEANUT BUTTER CHEESECAKE BOWL |
Introducing Vedge Protein to the high protein vegan family! Their protein powders are smooth, light, and perfectly sweet. Each scoop contains 25g of plant-based protein and 160 calories. It's a great tasting protein powder for recipes like this 10 minute cheesecake bowl or even just shaken with water and ice.Â

Ingredients:
4 scoops Vedge Vanilla Ice Cream Protein (code: EVANNRYAN saves you $$$)
650g (1 tub) plain coconut yogurt
2 tbsp lemon juiceÂ
1/8 tsp saltÂ
1/2 cup pb fit peanut butter powder + 3-4 tbsp water
Â
Recipe:
Add the graham crackers to a bag and crush them using a cup or bottle. Alternatively, chop them and use the side of the knife to crush them down.
Divide them across 4 meal prep bowls. Set aside.
To a mixing bowl add: yogurt, vanilla protein powder, lemon, and salt. Whip together until super smooth. If it's thicker than you like -- add a few tbsp plant milk, whipping through until desired consistency.
Divide the yogurt across the 4 graham crackers bowls. Smooth the tops, and set aside.
In a small bowl add peanut butter powder and 3 tbsp water. Whip together. Add 1 tbsp more water at a time until desired peanut butter consistency. I like it on the runnier side so you can easily pour it.
Pour the peanut butter across the four bowls and smooth the tops.
Top with coarse sea salt.
Seal and refrigerate until ready to eat.
Enjoy!
