Recipe makes one serving

Macros per serving:

590 cals - 26g fat - 58g carbs - 31g protein

 

Ingredients:

1 cup frozen raspberries

1/2 cup frozen cauliflower

1 tbsp probiotic chia seeds

25g vanilla or berry protein powder

1 1/2 cups water

1/2 cup Mixed Berry Crunch Granola 

1 tbsp hazelnut butter

 

Recipe:

To a high speed blender add: raspberries, cauliflower, chia seeds, protein powder, and water. Blend until silky smooth.

Pour half the shake into a glass then layer 1/4 cup berry crunch granola.

Pour the remaining half of the shake and top with remaining 1/4 cup berry crunch granola.

Top with 1 tbsp hazelnut butter.

Enjoy with a spoon!
