Sugar Cookie Protein Bowl
Recipe makes 4 servings
Macros per serving:
331 cals - 15g fat - 22g carbs - 27g protein
Ingredients:
680g plain vegan coconut yogurt, one of these full tubs
4 servings (100g) Nuzest Vanilla Protein Powder (aff code: EVANNRYAN)
1/4 cup cashew butter
1 tbsp almond extract
1/8 tsp salt
1/4 cup icing sugar
1/4 cup vegan sprinkles
Recipe:
To a mixing bowl add: yogurt, protein powder, cashew butter, almond extract, and salt. Whip together until smooth.
Divide the mixture into four meal prep containers. Using the back of a spoon, smooth the top of each yogurt bowl. Set aside.
In a small bowl add icing sugar and 1 tsp water. Stir adding just a drop of water at time as needed to reach desired icing consistency.
Divide the icing over the four yogurt bowls. Using the back of a spoon, spread it from edge to edge.
Top each with 1 tbsp sprinkles.
Seal each bowl and refrigerate until ready to eat.
