Cookies & Cream Protein Pudding


If you're looking to hit your protein goals while still enjoying dessert everyday then this protein pudding recipe is for you! High protein, packed with probiotics and fiber, gluten free, and absolutely delicious!


Recipe makes 4 servings

Macros per serving:

303 cals - 11g fat - 33g carbs - 18g protein

Macros per serving - no cookies so you can add in your own cookie macros:

193 cals - 5g fat - 21g carbs - 16g protein 



2 cups vegan greek yogurt, I like the Maison Riviera brand

65g vanilla protein (10% off discount link/affiliate)

2 tbsp date sugar  (20% off discount link/affiliate)

1/4 tsp salt 

8 GluteNull Chocolate Buckwheat Cookies 



Add the yogurt, vanilla protein, date sugar, and salt to a bowl. Whisk well forming a smooth batter. If you're using a really thick yogurt (like the one listed) you might want to add in 1-2 tbsp soy milk at a time, whipping until you have a desired consistency. 

Add in chopped cookies.

Divide into 4 containers or enjoy 1/2 cup serving at a time for listed macros.
