| NO BAKE PEANUT BUTTER CHOCOLATE SQUARES |
A healthy, grain free, and naturally sweetened dessert or snack! I like to keep these in the freezer for a quick sweet tooth fix.
Make some easy swaps like almond butter for peanut butter or chocolate protein for vanilla.
Recipe makes 20 squares
Macros per square:

Ingredients
1 cup peanut butter
1 cup vanilla protein powder (save 15% using affiliate code: EVANNRYAN)
1/2 cup almond flour
1/3 cup maple syrup
1/4 tsp salt
1/3 cup full fat coconut milk, canned
3/4 cup vegan chocolate (save 15% using affiliate code: EVANNRYAN)
1 cup rice cereal
Recipe
To a mixing bowl add: peanut butter, vanilla protein, almond flour, maple syrup, and salt. Mix well forming a dough.
**If the dough is too dry you can add 1-2 tbsp water at a time until smooth.**
Press the dough into a small baking dish or simply form a rectangle with your hands. Set aside.
Add the coconut milk and chocolate to a small pot and bring to low heat. Stir constantly until a thick ganache forms, then immediately remove from heat.
Fold in cereal.
Pour the chocolate mixture over the dough and smooth from edge to edge.
Set in the fridge to firm the chocolate, 1hr.
Slice into 20 small squares.
I like to keep mine in the freezer for a tasty treat that can last for weeks!
