Ingredients:

4 scoops Botanica Health Vanilla Perfect Protein (discount linked above!)

2 cups coconut yogurt

2 peaches, chopped

160g chocolate

Recipe:

To a mixing bowl add: yogurt and vanilla protein. Whip together until smooth.

Fold in chopped peaches.

Lay a piece of parchment across a baking tray that fits into your freezer.

Spoon 8 large cookie size yogurt bites across the parchment paper.

Set in the freezer to firm up completely, 2-3 hrs or overnight.

Melt the chocolate over a double broiler or gently in the microwave. Make sure to stir frequently so the chocolate doesn't burn.

Remove the yogurt bites from the freezer and one by one dunk them into the melted chocolate coating each side.

Place back on the parchment lined sheet.

Top with sea salt if desired.

Allow chocolate to firm completely before placing yogurt bites into a freezer safe container.

When ready to enjoy simply remove a serving from the freezer and allow to sit on the counter at room temperature for 10 minutes.
