S'mores Rice Crispies


Summer weather means all things s'mores and these crispy, crunchy, chocolate covered s'mores squares are a really fun and easy way to enjoy this summer time dessert anywhere and anytime! Perfect for a party, bbq, or beach day!

With all the sugar they pack into marshmallows why not lighten this up by using Zazubean's Slinky Bars with NO added sugar! Rich cacao chocolate you love with none of the refined sugar. Incredible.


Recipe makes 16 squares

Macros per square:

220 cals - 6g fat - 40g carbs - 1.5g protein



5 tbsp vegan butter

1x 283g bag of vegan marshmallows

260g organic cinnamon crunch cereal (full box)

2x 80g Zazubean Slinky Creamy Hazelnut Bars



Oil a large dish, roughly 9x12 should work great! Set aside.

Chop the Zazubean Hazelnut Bars into rough chunks and set aside.

Take one big handful of marshmallows out of the bag and set aside.

To a large pot add vegan butter.

Bring heat to medium low and melt the butter.

Add the bag of marshmallows (excluding the handful you took earlier).

Stir constantly until marshmallows have completely melted. This will take about 5-7 minutes.

Remove from heat and pour the cereal into the pot. Fold the cereal through the marshmallow mix.

Once cereal and marshmallows are mixed well, fold in 1/2 the chopped Zazubean Bars and the handful of marshmallows.

Pour the mixture into the prepared dish.

Press the mixture down into the pan and smooth the top.

Add remaining chocolate over the top while it's still warm.

Set aside to cool completely before slicing into squares.
