5 Minute Wrap

| 5 MINUTE LUNCH WRAP |

You guys let me know that you love a quick and easy meal that delivers on flavour and protein, and this quickie wrap definitely hits the spot! I've tagged all the brands I used to achieve the specific macros below or you can easily switch in your  favourites for a similar breakdown.

Recipe makes one wrap (easy to double or triple if you like for prep!)

Macros per wrap: 

352 cals - 7g fat - 33g carbs - 40g protein 

 

Ingredients:

1/2 brick fava tofu, can sub extra firm soy tofu 

1 cup frozen vegetable mix, I like these ones because they're already seasoned!

whole wheat tortilla

2 tbsp vegan greek yogurt

1 tbsp hot sauce

 

Recipe:

Cube your tofu in small pieces.

Add the tofu to a hot pan and sear for 1-2 minutes just enough to lightly brown.

Add in frozen veggies and cook until tender, 3-4 minutes.

**If you're using a frozen veggie mix that isn't pre-seasoned like the ones linked above simply add some seasonings to the pan now! You could use a little bit of olive oil, garlic powder, paprika, onion powder, dried basil and/or oregano, salt and pepper** 

Once tofu/veggie mix is done cooking add it to a whole wheat tortilla, top with a bit of plain vegan greek yogurt for creaminess and an extra dose of protein. 

Drizzle with hot sauce if desired, wrap and enjoy!!
