5 Minute, Dairy Free Caesar Salad

| DAIRY FREE CAESAR SALAD | Easy, gluten free, plant-based.

This super easy caesar salad dressing is low calorie, low carb, and has 13g of protein for basically zero effort. Make it a meal and add ½ brick smoked tofu for 283 cals & 28g of plant-based protein per serving!!

Use whatever lettuce or vinegar prefer/have on hand.

Recipe makes one salad

Macros per salad:

143 cals - 3g fat - 16g carbs - 13g protein



4 cups lettuce

2 tbsp hummus

1-2 tbsp apple cider vinegar or sub red wine vinegar or even lemon juice!

3 tbsp nutritional yeast 

1/4 tsp black pepper

big pinch of salt



Add everything to a bowl and mix really well.
