Gut loving tempeh and omega 3 rich ranch sauce, make these deliciously creamy lunch wraps incredibly healthy! Fermented and protein rich tempeh is such an underrated vegan protein option that we all should be eating more of and this lunch is the perfect place to start.

Recipe Notes:
You get a lot of ranch sauce for the macros listed, but why have it any other way? The ranch adds a ton of protein to your meal, and who doesn't love to go nuts on sauce!
Make the meal bigger by adding everything to a wrap or sandwich bread!
Don't love eating lettuce wraps? Chop the lettuce up and add everything to a big bowl for an epic salad.

Ingredients, Tempeh Bac'un:
225g tempeh, choppedÂ
2 tbsp liquid aminos (soy sauce)
1 tbsp extra virgin olive oilÂ
1 tbsp hot sauceÂ
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1/2 tsp maple syrup
1 tsp smoked paprika powder
1/4 tsp sea salt

Ingredients, Dill Ranch:
1/2 cup hemp hearts
1/2 cup almond milkÂ
1 tbsp lemon juice
1 tbsp red wine vinegar
1 tbsp dried parsley powder
1 tbsp dried chivesÂ
1 tsp dried dillÂ
1 tsp onion powder
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt

Other:
20 cherry tomatoes, chopped
6-8 large pieces of lettuce

Recipe:
Chop the tempeh into mixed matched chunks and place in a bowl.
Add the tempeh sauce ingredients to a small bowl: liquid aminos, olive oil, hot sauce, acv, maple syrup, smoked paprika, salt. Whisk to combine.
Pour the sauce over the tempeh chunks and toss well to coat.
Warm a pan to medium heat and add the sauced tempeh.
Cook until tempeh has absorbed all the sauce, and is browned and golden, 8-10 minutes.
Make the Dill Ranch by adding all the ingredients to a blender and blending until super smooth.
Build your lettuce wraps by adding chopped tomatoes down the center of a large lettuce leaf, then tempeh bac'un, then a big drizzle of dill ranch.
