If I’m being honest I wasn’t sure if I should post such a simple recipe, but then I thought recipes don’t always need to be complex to be useful. They DO need to be tasty, simple to apply to your cooking routine, and if it’s on this page it needs to hit some good grams of protein to keep you feeling full and satisfied. The more simple reason I decided it should hit the feed? It's a freaking delicious snack.
Recipe makes on large serving
Macros per serving:
198 cals - 6g fat - 23g carbs - 13g protein
Ingredients:
¾ cup vegan greek yogurt
¼ cup fresh dill, chopped
1 tbsp lemon juice
2 tbsp sauerkraut juice (just spoon it out of your sauerkraut jar!)
¼ tsp salt
¼ tsp black pepper
Recipe:
Add everything to a bowl and whisk together.
Enjoy with fresh cut veggies like carrot, broccoli, or cucumber slices!
