Ritual Vitamins

I joined the Ritual vitamin family over 1 year ago when I Armin and I decided we were ready to start making a family. I got us both on their vitamins immediately. Once I became pregnant I added the Ritual Choline and Ritual Omegas to my routine and I plan on continuing to take their vitamins throughout breastfeeding as well!
