29G Protein Snickers Blended Oats

Recipe makes one serving 

Macros per serving:

406 cals - 14g fat - 41g carbs - 29g protein

 

Ingredients:

1/3 cup sprouted oats

1 scoop Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Protein (12.5g scoop)

1 date 

1/2 cup water 

1/4 cup coconut yogurt

1 scoop Nuzest Rich Chocolate Protein (12.5g scoop)

1 tbsp peanuts

sea salt

 

Recipe:

To a blender add: oats, vanilla protein, date, and water.  

Blend until smooth.

Pour vanilla base into a meal prep container.

In a small bowl add yogurt and chocolate protein.

Whip until smooth. Depending on consistency you may need to add 1-2 tbsp dairy free milk to smooth.

Add the chocolate yogurt on top of the vanilla oat base. 

Seal and set in the fridge overnight.

When ready to eat top with peanuts and a pinch of sea salt.
