| BLUEBERRY CHEESECAKE PROTEIN BOWL |
One of my most viral videos ever was one of my most basic recipes and videos ever. It was my Raspberry Cheesecake Protein Bowl and you guys absolutely loved it! What's funny is that it's been one of my favourite recipes forever but it's also so simple that I hesitated to share it. I learned a valuable lesson with that viral video, and that is that this community loves what I love --- super simple recipes that come together in 5 minutes. Of course the fact that they taste like dessert and have over 30g of protein is a huge bonus too ;)
Let me know if you make this one!

Ingredients:
3/4 cup plain coconut yogurtÂ
1 scoop Vedge Nutrition Vanilla Ice Cream Protein (use discount code: EVANNRYAN)
1 tbsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp saltÂ
1/2 cup frozen blueberries
Â
Recipe:
To a mixing bowl add: yogurt, vanilla protein, lemon juice, and salt. Whip together until smooth and creamy.
Fold in blueberries. I always like frozen organic blueberries from Costco! They're super affordable to buy in bulk and are always in season this way :)
If prepping for later, pour the mixture into a meal prep container.
Top with broken graham crackers when ready to eat.
Enjoy!
