A sweet start to your day with 35g plant-based protein, probiotic rich yogurt, gut healthy & omega 3 loaded chia seeds, magnesium loaded chocolate, and a touch of salt for electrolytes. This delicious, and creamy pudding is incredibly healthy, and easy to make!

Recipe Tip

I made this recipe into two servings so it can be enjoyed as a sweet breakfast, but you could also consider dividing the mixture into three servings and enjoying it as a dessert or sweet snack for 257 cals & 23g protein each!

Recipe makes 2 servings

Macros per serving:

1/2 cup vegan yogurt

2 tbsp cacao/cocoa powder

50g chocolate protein powder (2 servings) (Get 15% off using aff code: EVANNRYAN)

1/8 tsp salt

Optional topping suggestions

Fruit, nut butters, seeds, nuts, and/or coconut whip.

Recipe

To a high speed blender add: 1 cup soy milk, chia seeds, yogurt, cocoa powder, chocolate protein, and a big pinch of salt. Blend until super smooth.

The pudding will thicken about 25% more from this point, so if a thinner pudding is desired add 1/4 cup to 1/2 cup more soy milk. The "thickness" of the mix will depend on the protein powder you're using - with Nuzest I used 1 1/4 cup soy milk.

Blend until super smooth.

Divide into two containers and set in the fridge to firm overnight.

When ready to eat top with your favourite toppings or enjoy it as is!
