1 1/3 cup sprouted oats
4 servings (100g) vanilla or chocolate protein (discount link)
1/3 cup cocoa powder
3 cups almond milk
1/4 tsp salt
Top:
1 1/2 cup rice crisp cereal
1/2 cup vegan chocolate chips, melted (discount link)
Recipe:
Add the oats to a blender and blend until you have oat flour.
Add the oat flour to a bowl with protein, cocoa powder, salt, and 2 cups almond milk.
Whisk, mixing well. You want the texture to be thick but pourable. If need add the 3rd cup of almond milk to reach desired consistency.
Pour the mixture into four meal prep containers. Set aside.
Add the chocolate to a small sauce pot and melt over low heat, stirring constantly.
Once melted remove from heat and stir in rice crisp cereal.
Mix until cereal is fully dressed in chocolate.
Divide the chocolate coated cereal over the tops of the oat bowls.
Smooth each one from edge to edge.
Seal and refrigerate overnight and up to four days.
Enjoy!
