These delicious rocky road bars are the EASIEST treat you’ll ever make. No bake, and filled with *mostly* nutrient dense ingredients like real cacao dark chocolate from Zazubean, peanut butter, almonds and sea salt. With just a touch of marshmallows to make it Easter festive these delectable treats are sure to be a crowd or kid pleaser!
Recipe makes 12 squares

Ingredients:
3 Zazubean Nudie Bars (coconut sugar sweetened cacao bars)
⅓ cup peanut butter powder + 2-3 tbsp water (or sub regular peanut butter)
1 cup marshmallows
½ cup almonds
Sea salt garnish
Recipe:
Add the Nudie Bars to a pot and melt over low heat, stirring constantly.
Remove from heat.
Add peanut butter powder & water to a small bowl and mix well forming a drippy peanut butter texture.
Pour peanut butter into melted chocolate and mix well.
Add in almonds and marshmallows.
Fold everything together.
Line a loaf pan with parchment paper and pour the batter into it.
Press batter down with the back of a spoon, smoothing the top.
Top with sea salt.
Add to the freezer to firm, 2-3 hrs or overnight.
Slice into squares and enjoy!
