| HIGH PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH |
A plant-based, gluten free and super easy to make high protein snack! I've listed the exact brands and products I used to get to the texture and macros of this cookie dough recipe. These are brands I use all the time and highly recommend.

Recipe notes:
A super thick vegan greek yogurt is essential if you want it really thick and dough like. I love the brand Maison Riviera's yogurts. The one I used for this recipe is their plain oat greek yogurt.
For nut butter, cashew butter would offer the most cookie dough like flavour. If you don't have cashew butter use whatever preferred nut or seed butter you like!
My personal favourite protein powder is by Nuzest. I like to get their Smooth Vanilla for all things baking and shakes. You can shop Nuzest protein and get 10% off by using this link here. Or use code "EVANNRYAN." When shopping their site.
Get the pure vanilla bean powder for 10% off from Kiva Health using this link here. Or use code "EVANNRYAN" when shopping their site. Alternatively use vanilla extract.
For chocolate, I'm sure you know by now, but Zazubean is my absolute favourite! I've used their Dark Panama bar in the cookie dough. They currently have a Veganuary sale going where you can get 15% off any of their vegan chocolate bars. Shop here.

40g chocolate is roughly half a standard chocolate bar or roughly 4 tbsp chocolate chips.
42g vanilla protein is roughly 1/3 cup.
I just tried freezing it into balls, will report back and post the recipe if it works well! I added more protein to the mix so it was even more of a dough and easy to roll. Will be covering it in chocolate once it’s frozen!
Can this cookie dough be made into bite size and frozen?
Hi, can you PLEASE tell me what the 42g and the 40g is in cups, ounces, tbs, etc…
Thanks & sorry!!!!
