I couldn’t figure out what to call these, they’re like a blondie meets fudge brownie with two styles of nuts, and loads of chocolate chunks. They’re ooey gooey, soft but with a lightly crispy edge. Whatever you wanna call them, just make ‘em!
Recipe make 9 squares
Macros per square:
173 cals - 9g fat - 14g carbs - 9g protein
Ingredients:
2 tbsp flax meal + 6 tbsp water
¾ cup peanut butter powder + ½ cup water, mixed until smooth
½ cup almond flour
40g Nuzest Smooth Vanilla Protein
⅓ cup almond milk
¼ cup coconut sugar
1 tsp baking powder
½ tsp baking soda
¼ tsp salt

Recipe:
Preheat oven to 350 F and line a 8x8 inch baking tray with parchment paper.
In a bowl add flax and water and mix to combine, set in the fridge to gel 5-10 minutes.
In a large mixing bowl add peanut butter powder + ½ cup water and mix until a smooth peanut butter forms.
Add to peanut butter: almond flour, protein powder, almond milk, coconut sugar, flax/water mixture, baking powder, baking soda, and salt.
Fold everything together until just combined.
Add chocolate and gently mix through.
Add batter to baking tray and spread evenly, smoothing the top.
Bake for 20-22 minutes or until lightly cracking on the sides and center.
Allow to cool completely before removing from tray and slicing into squares.
