5 Minute Mango Frozen Yogurt (4-ingredients)
Evann RyanThis 5 minute mango frozen yogurt takes just 4 ingredients to make, a blender, and serving bowl and spoon. It's thick, creamy, and packed with vitamins and minerals, making it the perfect, healthy dessert! While the star of the dessert is definitely mangoes, the big nutritional boost comes from the True Sea Moss add-in. I used their mango and pineapple flavour to perfectly compliment this frozen yogurt bowl.Â
If you've never had or heard about sea moss gel then let me share some pretty amazing benefits that they pack into the bottle! Sea moss gel may help with allergy symptoms, detoxification, energy, immune support, lung detox, and inflammation. Made from dehydrated sea moss, True Sea Moss Mango Pineapple flavour also contains purified water, pineapple puree, mango puree, monk fruit juice concentrate, and ascorbic acid. It has 92 of the 102 minerals that are naturally designed to boost your immune system. It's low in flavour, and great to seamlessly add into recipes like this mango frozen yogurt bowl.Â

What You'll Need To Make This Mango Frozen Yogurt
Frozen mangoes. A benefit of using frozen fruit is it's always in season!
Plain greek yogurt. My go-to brands are Maison Riviera for the Oat Greek, or Yoggu for their plain coconut yogurt.
Maple syrup. Adds just a touch of sweetness.
True Sea Moss Gel in Mango Pineapple. This adds a big boost of nutrition.
Frozen raspberries. An optional topping for double the fruity flavour.

Substitutions
You can make this without the True Sea Moss and the texture and flavour will remain the same.Â
Switch up your frozen fruits.
Use another preferred liquid sweetener in place of maple syrup.Â
