What You'll Need To Make This Pumpkin Spice Hot Chocolate 

Cacao powder. However you can also use dutch processed cocoa powder if thats what you have in your pantry.

Soy milk, or another preferred high protein plant milk. 

Coconut sugar, maple syrup, or your preferred sweetener! 

Pumpkin spice mix. Generally a blend of cinnamon, cloves, ginger, and nutmeg. 

True Sea moss Gel in their seasonal pumpkin flavour. This adds a huge boost of nutrients to your pumpkin spice hot chocolate, by adding 92 essential vitamins and minerals. 

Option to add marshmallows or coconut whip to serve.

Substitutions

Cacao powder can be substituted for dutch processed cocoa powder. 

Any milk will do, but to keep it high protein try a high protein plant-milk.

Recipe makes one serving

Ingredients:

 

Instructions:

1. Add all the ingredients to a small sauce pot and bring to medium heat.

2. Whisk constantly, helping to dissolve the coconut sugar and to blend all the ingredients together.

3. Once everything is blended and hot, pour your hot chocolate into your favourite mug.

4. Enjoy as is, or top with marshmallows or coconut whip cream!
