What You'll Need To Make This High Protein Vegan Pulled Pork Recipe
- Say Grace Shreds of Grace or soy curls. I've used Say Grace in this recipe because I think the texture, size and shape, is absolutely perfect for a high protein vegan pulled pork recipe. Their soy protein is non-GMO, gluten free, and glyphosate free. You can shop their soy protein using my discount code: EVANNRYAN.
- Ketchup and tomato paste. Because it adds the rich red colour you get from a classic BBQ sauce.Â
- Balsamic vinegar, adds tang and a touch of sweetness that's familiar to a bbq sauce.Â
- Smoked paprika and garlic powder.Â
- Coconut sugar or your preferred sweetener. Sugar balances the flavours of this high protein vegan pulled pork sandwich, so don't skip it.
- Hot sauce of any kind. You can use buffalo hot sauce, sriracha, or your preferred spicy sauce!
- Salt and vegetable bouillon paste.Â

SubstitutionsÂ
You can substitute Say Grace shreds for soy curls or shredded tofu.Â
If you're trying to limit your sugar intake, then use a sugar free ketchup.Â
Sub in apple cider vinegar for balsamic vinegar if needed.Â
