Vegan Cookies and Cream Protein Shake (3-Ingredients)

Evann Ryan

If you love cookies and cream flavour, and you love a good post-workout smoothie, OR you're just a big fan of a protein rich sweet treat, then you absolutely must try this Cookies and Cream Protein Shake recipe! It's quite unbelievable honestly, and the best part is that it's made from just 3 ingredients - Vedge Cookies and Cream Protein Powder, cocowhip (the kind you find in the freezer), and soy milk, for a whopping 36g of protein per serving!

One of the best perks I get from being a Vedge Nutrition Athlete is that when they launch a new product they send it to us first to test and play around with. When they sent me this new protein flavour, my creative recipe developer mind went absolutely nuts with ideas. When I got my hands on it and realized it not only tastes like cookies and cream, but it has actual cookie chunks in it. HEAVEN!

Frozen cocowhip. The vegan version of cool whip. This takes the cookies and cream protein shake from smoothie to milkshake.

Soy milk. Or your preferred dairy free milk. However, keep in mind using soy milk adds 8g protein per serving to the cookies and cream shake!

Substitutions

You can use vanilla or chocolate protein powder in place of the cookies and cream protein if you have that on hand and want to give this recipe a try right away! To add back in the cookie flavour, I recommend chopping up some cookies and adding it to the mix!

In place of soy milk, you can substitute another high protein dairy free milk. As long as it adds a nice creamy texture to the cookies and cream protein powder shake, you're good to go.
