20 Minute Tofu for Wraps, Salads and Bowls!


This quick and tasty tofu recipe is tossed in just a few simple seasonings that give the tofu a nice crisp and golden exterior. It's flavourful, yet neutral and mixes well with any dressing, sauce, or bread!


Recipe makes 2 servings

Macros per serving:

251 cals - 17g fat - 8g carbs -28g protein 



350g extra firm tofu

2 tbsp nutritional yeast 

1/2 tsp garlic powder

1/4 tsp turmeric powder

1/4 tsp salt 

1 tbsp avocado oil (or preferred high heat cooking oil)



Preheat the oven to 425 F.

Slice the tofu into desired shapes, my go-to is cubes, and place in a mixing bowl.

Add all the seasonings and toss well to combine.

Spread across a baking tray and bake for 15 minutes.

Tofu should be golden and crispy!
