High Protein Cookie Dough

High Protein Cookie Dough

| HIGH PROTEIN COOKIE DOUGH |

There are a lot of cookie dough recipes out there, and while a lot of them are delicious, not a lot of them are very macro friendly. They're mostly high calorie and low in protein. This epic cookie dough has all the ooey gooey cookie dough vibes but can easily fit into your macro balanced diet. Filled with protein, healthy fats, and quality dark chocolate, this cookie dough is healthy enough for breakfast.

I used Vedge Vanilla Ice Cream flavoured protein and it's truly what makes it as thick and doughy as it is for the end result. I've tried this with other protein powders before and while the taste is there, the texture isn't the same.

I use Vedge for pretty much everything these days from baking to a scoop with water and I love that it's organic, non-gmo, and third party tested.
