I’m a firm believer that building a balanced plate starts with the basic understanding of macronutrients. As a vegan who grew up an omnivore I know it takes a lot of re-learning on how to build a healthy, protein filled plate. It took me years to master what I easily do now, which is cook quick, healthy, and most importantly delicious meals that help fuel my active lifestyle.
