Freezer Protein Fudge

Evann Ryan

This simple, low sugar, high protein, freezer protein fudge can be customized in so many different ways and has the best texture and flavour! Today I went with a classic Rocky Road flavour which has the added crunch of almonds, chew of dried cranberries, and gooey soft texture from chopped vegan marshmallows. It has to be one of my favourite ice cream flavours but now made into this freezer protein fudge with benefits!

I am a firm believer that those with a sweet tooth must have a freezer stash of healthy treats. I keep homemade protein bars in there, cookie dough, energy balls, and protein freezer fudge stocked at all times. It's the perfect way to curb your sweet tooth with better-for-you desserts! Plus, the more you stick to these healthier options like this low sugar protein fudge, the less you'll want the processed sugar versions!
