What a time to be vegan! In 2025 there are so many options when it comes to replacing meat and dairy. Long gone are the crappy, inedible cheeses, or chewy meats, the options we have today are incredible! Not only do we have alternatives that truly taste like the real thing, but we also have amazing, new products that bring something fresh to our supermarket aisles.
I've curated a list of my favourite products I bought almost every single week in 2024, along with some of my favourite extras like pizza and chocolate.
Big Mountain Foods
Product: Fava Tofu.
This list had to start here. I buy the fava tofu every single week, and if it's on sale I buy the shelf. It's truly a genius product both for the taste and texture, but also - the macros are insane!!! I also love that it's soy free because many people are still afraid of soy (please don't be), and this offers a super high protein option for almost everyone.
The entire brick is only 280 calories - 0g fat - 0g carbs - 64g protein!
Say Grace Protein
Product: Shreds.

Say Grace is a family owned business who specializes in one great product: Soy Protein Concentrate. Their products are chemical free, glyphosate free, gluten free, and non-gmo. If you've ever tried textured soy or pea protein, this is a very similar product. They have a few different shapes and sizes but the size I find the best to work with for maximum flavour absorption is the shreds.
Maision Riviera
Product: Yogurt.
I've been eating this on a weekly basis for a long time now, and it's also been the base of several of my viral recipes. The taste and texture is absolutely perfect. I buy the Plain Coconut Yogurt the most, but the Greek Oat Yogurt is so thick, smooth, and has 13g of protein per serving!
Queen Street Bakery
Product: Gluten Free Bagels.
Something funny happens when it comes to gluten free, people assume gluten free = healthy. This is actually (really) not the case, most of the time. Most gluten free breads have additional sugar, gums, and thickeners to make it taste good, this is not the case with Queen Street. These guys have absolutely *perfected* gluten free baking. Their bagels are nutrient dense, and best of all delicious!!!
GluteNull
Products: Everything.
If you've been with me for awhile, you know my love for GluteNull. They were not only one of the first companies I had the pleasure of working with, but they're also one of the companies I have been buying product from for years! They're also a beautiful family run business with great values and a great work environment. I know this because I was hired to go and film in their factory, where I met the workers, the founder, and his daughter who was my main connection while working with them. If you want to support locally, this brand is one I can promise your dollar is supporting the right place.
I truly love all their products but if I had to give just a few I would say, their Golden Buns are an amazing, incredibly nutritious choice for anyone gluten free, grain free, keto, or just cutting back on carbs.
Next I would say there cookies. My personal favourite are the Coco Moko Cookies. They're kind of like shortbread, and I just love 'em!
Nuzest
Product: Protein Powder.

As a vegan who prioritizes protein, having a high quality protein powder is essential for me. Protein powder helps with ensuring I hit my protein goals in two different ways - 1. It helps when I'm in a deficit and want to hit 100g+ protein a day while keeping my calories low, and 2. It also helps me hit my protein when I'm trying to gain muscle mass but can't eat as much as I need too. Protein powder is a great supplement because it offers you all 9 essential amino acids in one serving. It's great for everyday, and it's great to pack when travelling. It's truly a supplement I use almost every single day.
That being said if I'm going to consume something everyday I want it to be clean and simple. Nuzest does just that. My go-to are the Smooth Vanilla and Rich Chocolate, but the flavour that surprised me the most is the Wild Strawberry!
Prana Foods
Product: Peas & Favas Mix & Italian Hazelnut Butter.

Prana Foods is an online organic and natural food store. They have a ton of really incredible products, but two products in particular I became addicted to this year.
Peas & Fava Protein Mix.
And their Italian Hazelnut Butter. Yes, she's a little pricey, but she is also 900g, and oh sooo luxurious!!!
Violife
Product: Feta.
Of allllllll the vegan cheese on the market the one I buy the most is the Violife Feta. It's perfect on a salad, but it's also great melted on toast or homemade pizza. It's truly my favourite cheese of all.
Daiya
Product: New Oat Milk Cheeses & Frozen Pizza.
Daiya is an OG in the vegan food industry. Fun fact, I actually went vegan years before I truly went vegan, and the only cheese available on grocery store shelves that first time was Daiya. If I'm being honest, I didn't love the cheese at all then, but over the past decade (probably more) they've been perfecting what I like to call the perfect melting cheese. Their newest cheese is made from oat milk and I love using it anywhere I need a gooey cheese pull.
I buy the cheddar slices most often.
The other product I absolutely loveeeeee from Daiya is their frozen pizza. Prior to being vegan I loved Ristorante pizzas and the Daiya pizza reminds me of that so much!
Zazubean
Products: Cheeky Bar.
Okay, it's true, I love ALL Zazubean chocolate, but the Cheeky Bar with toffee and banana has my heart. I also love that it's dark chocolate, and perfectly salted.
Naturanic
Product: Brazilian Chocolate Covered Nuts.
I discovered these guys when they reached out to me on instagram and kindly sent me a PR package. I was pleasantly surprised when I tried it and immediately put it at the top of my list for healthy chocolate snacks! I tried 6 different chocolate snacks from them and truly enjoyed them all but the Chocolate Covered Nuts was my favourite of the bunch!
There are so many amazing vegan products on the market, and I could continue this list for days! I also wanted the products to be stand out on their own and not just ingredients I use, because if I went there we would be here for days ;) But if you like this list, and you want more up to date products lists in 2025, let me know in the comments and I will make this a monthly round up! I happen to be extremely lucky in that I get to be the first to try many new up and coming products, so if this interests you don't forget to drop it below!
Lastly, if you're looking for more ways to veganize your whole life, I have two more lists you're going to want to check out: "Best of Vegan Beauty 2024" and "Best in Cruelty Free Fashion 2024."
As always, thanks for being here!
